Mold Making

Our company has a Mold Workshop a department dedicated to designing and making molds.

We curate the making of a mold through a codified process that starts with a meeting with the customer to understand the needs, feasibility, costs and limitations of the project. The next stage involves designing the part and making a finished prototype using a CNC milling machine. Once the prototype is confirmed, we proceed with the design of the mold through specialized personnel who are dedicated to the design and physical realization of the mold.

The entire mold development cycle is carried out within our organization: this choice allows us to lower the costs of the entire production process and ensures its complete supervision to guarantee the quality and precision of the finished product.

Molds must necessarily be developed for all products "molded by injection molding machines," while they are not made for short-run items or particularly simple artifacts that can be made within the Cutting Department. 

The department is also equipped with a 3d printing machine.

Throughout the history of our company, we have made an innumerable amount of molds covering almost all the items that can be made from EPS.
